Owner and Designer, Michael Cisneros, has 33 years’ experience in the home building industry. After working as a designer for a local home builder, Michael felt there was something severely missing in the business. The home building business had lost its personal touch and communication with home buyers. Home buyers have been forced to accept cookie-cutter homes pushed by home builders building in subdivisions and converting a plan to a 3rd car garage and call it… a Custom Home Plan? This is what is called a “format plan”. For Michael, the craft had lost its uniqueness and had lost the most important thing; the home buyer and home builder relationship. Home buyers weren't getting what they truly wanted or deserved. Tired and fed up with the current trend of FORMAT homes, Michael seeks to give home buyers the royal treatment with his Design-Build style of home building. The Design-Build style of home building allows Michael to take a concept and make it a reality for every lifestyle.
